CooooL!

The kids thought today’s session was CooooooL! Great way to get them hooked into seeing opera as something that anyone can take part in and enjoy!Prior to the session we started out focusing on the features of civilizations (what makes a civilization) and timelines. Then we looked at Ancient African civilizations and discussed why certain civilizations are more known than others. Our time with you helped to get us ready to our next focus on Ancient Egypt and a comparison with Ancient Africa. This week we will have an introduction to Ancient Egypt which should help us to develop our synopsis for the opera. The kids’ favourite part was getting to interact with you. The class worked really well in listening to each other’s ideas.
